The game

Gloobli is provided by Gloobli. By using it you agree to these terms. It is a game about telling colors apart. Scores and records describe game performance only and are not a test, diagnosis or measure of eyesight, cognition or health.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your account or use someone else’s. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

Playing with others

Clues and nicknames you type are visible to other players. Do not post anything offensive, hateful, sexual, or that names or targets a real person. We may remove content, block players and close accounts that break this rule, with or without notice. Report clues with the Report link on any reveal screen.

Subscription

The ad-free subscription costs the price shown in the app, billed monthly through your Apple ID, and renews automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region. Free hosts may run one introductory Party game; hosting further games requires an active subscription. Guests never need to pay.

Some colorways are one-off purchases: you pay once through your Apple ID and keep them. The Spectrum colorway is also included while an ad-free subscription is active; if the subscription ends, the logo returns to a colorway you own. They change how the logo and celebrations look and, for pack colorways (such as Fairway), which shades your solo sets use. They never affect the Daily Sprint, scores or records. Use Restore Purchases in Settings on a new phone.

Fair play

Results are recorded on your device and, for friend modes, exchanged between players. We do not verify scores and make no competitive-ranking promises. Do not tamper with the app or automate play.

Availability and liability

We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. The game is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
